Ingredients:
4 lb Pork Butt
1 Onion, halved
4 cloves Garlic, smashed
6 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
3/4 C Chicken Stock
Kaiser or Potato Buns, split, buttered and toasted
Barbeque Sauce
Place onion cut side down and garlic in bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken stock.
Generously season pork butt on all sides and place on top of the onion. Cook on high for 6 to 7 hours. Remove from slow cooker and shred. Place on buns and top with barbeque sauce.
